The Punjab Highway Patrol is under the control of the Punjab Police Station on 08 January 2003, with the aim of providing safety for pedestrians. Punjab Police initially set up 450 patrol stations but over time 72 more patrols were also recommended. In the event of an emergency, Punjab Highway Patrol has established a help line for 1124 road commuters. There are 9145 investigators, 1000 wireless operators and 1000 Driver Constables. Constable Eligibility Criteria:

HEIGHT
📍
The height of the male candidates should be at least 5 ′ Feet and 7 ”Inches and the females should be at least 5 ′ and 2 ″.

CHEST
📍
Chest for male candidates should be at least 33 ”x 34 ½“ inches.
Eligibility for nominees must be a minimum or equal.

AGE
📍
The age of the candidate must be between 18 and 25 years.

DOMICILE 
📍
Domicile authorities in the Punjab region have the right to apply.

RUNNING 
📍
1.6 KM Running should be conducted by every candidate for 7 Minutes.
The 1.6 KM Running should be run by Female Candidate for 10 minutes.
